Michael or Donna

I just noticed that the security door entering from the underground parking
lot has once again been sprung and does not close on it's own. With the
recent break-ins in the garage this poises a serious safety issue with the
thieves not only entering the garage but also being able to gain access to
the building itself. I would appreciate 1st Properties taking care of this
as soon as possible.

We have been in this building for approximately 5 years and the vehicle
break ins are just part of life in this area. They seem to come in waves
where they are heavy for a few months and go down to almost nothing. This is
due to the fact that there are usually one or two crews working a certain
area and when the get caught and arte sitting in county jail awaiting trial
they can't break into cars. Mary and I don't lock our car doors because you
can't stop them from getting in. They only need a brick or even worse to cut
a convertible top. I find it easier to lose tollway change that windows.
