All, I have contacted Martins they did do the parking lot, they had to use a
rubber blade because of the membrane on the deck. They are returning today
with plastic shovels to clean the areas they could not get into because of
cars being parked. I apologize that they did not perform an excellent job,
the amount of snowfall was overwhelming and clean up crews are still going
today.

Respectfully, Donna Wlezien Property Manager

Whoever is responsible for shoveling the parking lot on the upper deck
should be fired! We got stuck trying to get into our parking space, and
there's no evidence that the area had been touched. Period!

There's no excuse that the folks we're paying couldn't get to it today.
They failed to fulfill the contract. We should find a provider that can.
