I wanted to thank Donna for getting on this and having the snow removal crew come back several times to make the upper level lot passable. I sure hope that they do the job right the first time when we get the next big snowfall.
To recap, in the future, it is really imporatant that they salt as well as plow the upper lot. It is on an incline and when they plowed the first time, they left a lot of snow that got packed down and impossibly slippery. I am all the way up at the top of the ramp and ended up having to park on the street two nights. They also have to make sure that they shovel or plow the entrances to all parking lots, as people were getting stuck trying to get into the garage.
