i know this may sound like a stupid question, but why are you 'hopping the fence' at all when you can just open the gate with your clicker to get out of the parking lot? btw, that side door has never worked properly since it was originally put in

The only door that I know of that uses a key. Off of Throop, half way
between the garage and Jackson, middle of the gated outside parking lot.
There is a black gate/door that requires a key to get in and you can just
open it to get out from inside the parking lot. It won't open to get in,
nor to get out. You can use your key and turn it, but the door just won't
open, so it isn't the lock persay, but the door itself. One other girl was
out there waiting for someone to come because she was injured and couldn't
hop the fence, so I know it isn't just me. The only way to get in/out now
is to use your car clicker to open the front or back drive gate.
