It has been over 5 days now and no return phone call from Loretta or any one
at first properties to explain why my keys where delivered to a different
address other than my mailing address. I guess the message that says all phone
calls will be returned within one business day is somehow a mistake. I guess
if payments were late all would be forgiven to right. I don't think so. So
first properties and its employees can do as they please but as a resident
we are held responsible.
