Subject: Vanguard Lofts - Trash on the west stairs

This morning at 8:45am there was some sort of dry granular pet food
scattered all over the west stairs of the building next to the elevator.
The trail of trash was all over the carpet and appears to have come from
the 2nd floor. Pictures have been taken.
I think we need to repeat what Mary said in her last email... if
something spills, leaks out of our garbage bags as we take them to the
trash chutes, or gets tracked on the carpet... we are responsible for it,
we have an obligation to clean up the mess.
The common areas of the building should be treated as part of your home.
Please be respectful of others and clean up after yourself.
