I saw the two guys also. I saw them getting onto the back elevators going down from the 5th floor. They said they worked for Sears.

This morning between the hours of 8:00am and 9:00am there was an
Enterprise Rental truck parked on Throop Street next to the service
entrance of the back lot. The truck had been parked with flashers on for
quite some time. On my way to work I doubled back to the building to pick
up some material that I forgot and I was met by two individuals claiming
to be making an appliance delivery to the building. They were exiting the
building as I was going in. After I retrieved my forgotten items and was
on my way out the front door, I noticed the truck was still parked on
Throop Street and hadn't moved. I walked back to investigate.
The two individuals were waiting in the back lot by the swing gate.
Whoever had let them into the building did not escort them out of the
building. Once they returned to their truck they sat parked on the street
for another 20 - 30 mins watching the rear entrance of the building.
I reported the incident to First Properties. The Enterprise Rental truck
then left shortly after I placed the call. I was not able to obtain the
plate number but I do have pictures of the truck.
Hopefully this was just a routine delivery, but I would rather error on
the side of caution due to all the recent security problems with the
building. I did not see any makings indicating the company they were
associated with, and I didn't see any paperwork. It just bothers me that
they exited the building unescorted and then sat in the truck watching the
rear entrance.
Keep a watchful eye for strange activity in and around the building.
