Robin:
Last year I had a similar problem where a down-draft kept tripping a limit switch on my HVAC, and I would have to reset the thing a good 4 or 5 times a day just to keep the unit running. Two things I found:
1. The stack for my unit was too close to the parapet wall and did not extend high enough above the parapet (per the Chicago Building Code) making my unit more susceptible to down-draft.
2. The constant tripping and resetting of the limit switch actually weakend the switch making it more sensative to a down-draft of any kind.
After notifying FP of the stack issue, I had a mechanical contractor extend the stack. It wasn't real expensive, but since it was not per code to begin with, I was reimbursed for this work through Vanguard lofts. I also had the contractor replace the switch while he was out. The switch itself was about $7, and it took roughly 15 minutes to replace. (Knock on wood) I have not had a problem since.
I don't know if any of this my apply to you or anyone else having a problem, but it may be worth checking into.

I apologize if this email is repeated...there were some server issues.
Not sure if this email went through earlier, but we are having the same
issues and it's been a few weeks. It does seem strange that a lot of us are
experiencing the same issues...and we all live in the same tier... 613, 713
we are in 514.
Has anybody contacted First Properties? Could it be related to the power
going down? The work they were doing on the roof?
I tried to find the reset buttons...where are they located?
Thanks,
