In addition, if something gets spilled on the carpet, it should be cleaned up immediately. The new carpet doesn't show the stains as much but it is still starting to show some stains that appear to be caused by something spilled, or in the rear of the halls, garbage leaking.

A few of us have noticed that we might all be more careful about
picking up litter and cleaning up after ourselves. A few examples:
1) Somebody appears to have trimmed plants hanging from the balcony
The clippings and refuse were scattered all over the service drive.
2) Dropping candy wrappers and empty cups in the elevator is a bit
tacky.
3) If your dog urinates in the back elevator, it's ok to go back and
clean it up immediately.
We all have a stake in keeping things tidy, and Julio has enough to do
with us making more work for him.
