A 3 story building is tolerable, so it could be worse.
The building going up on the northeast corner of Throop/Jackson belongs
to Gordon, who old-timers remember as the owner of the little Wok's
Happening eatery. He's going to live on the top floor, rent out the
middle, and put a eats place of some kind on the first floor.
