All,

The installation of the new Access Control System is now complete. The
board of directors has been working closely with property management to
program the system in preparation to distribute the new key fobs. In an
effort to make the roll-out of the new system as smooth as possible, we
are going to require all owners to pickup their key fobs in the
bike/storage room at the dates listed below. All owners will be required
to sign for their key fobs.

If you are unable to pick up your key fobs on the dates listed you may
have someone pick up the keys for you. This will require you to send or
fax a letter to Loretta at First Properties giving a 3rd party permission
to take possession of your key fobs. The individual picking up the keys
will be required to provide ID matching the information on the letter you
provided and they will need to sign for the keys.

The key fob pick-up dates are as follows:

Bike/Storage Room - Ed Kurek (Board of Directors)
8/30/2006
3:00pm-6:00pm

Bike/Storage Room - Derek Lane (Board of Directors)
9/6/2006
8:00pm-10:00pm

Bike/Storage Room - Loretta Wheeler (First Properties)
9/12/2006
5:00pm-7:30pm

Owners/residents can begin to use the new key fobs effective immediately.
The final cut over date is scheduled for 9/13/2006. On this date the
cylinder locks will be changed so the common area keys will no longer work
on doors connected to the Access Control System. PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD
YOUR COMMON AREA KEY. The common area key will still be used to gain
access to pedestrian gate, the parking garage, etc.

If you requested additional key fobs for special purpose use, you should
receive them before the 9/13/2006 cut over date. The key fobs are on
order and will be available soon. We will contact you and let you know
when the extra key fobs are ready for pick-up. You will be asked to fill
out an information sheet when you pick up your key fobs. This information
will be used to program the extra key fobs into the system. You will be
asked to provide the following information:

- Unit Owner: (Example: John Doe)
- Key fob assigned to: (Example: Jane Smith)
- The relationship to the unit owner: (Example: dog walker)
- Hours of operation (Example: Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 5:00pm)

All key fobs should be treated as personal credit cards. Lost or stolen
key fobs are considered a high security risk and should be reported to the
Condo Association Board of Directors and Property Management as soon as
possible. There is no charge for deactivating a key fob. If a lost or
stolen key fob is recovered, there is no charge to reactivate it.

All owners/residents will receive an "owner's guide" for the new Access
Control System. As an owner/resident in the building, you are responsible
for reading the guide to understand how the new system works.

Please watch for an official letter from First Properties with this
information. If anyone has any questions about the new Access Control
System, please contact the Board of Directors or First Properties.

Best regards,
- Chris
