All,
The Access Control System is working on backup power. There have been no
problems reported. Loretta has dispatched Julio to the building with keys
for the front and back doors. If anyone has issues getting into the
building, Julio will be there to assist.
It appears that ComEd will be at the building for the duration of the day
to fix the problem. A piece of power distribution equipment has failed in
the electric room. Please report all problems to First Properties.
The board of directors is actively monitoring the situation and will
report back with any updates.
