I just arrived home at midnight and it wasn't yet fixed. I went inside and fixed it myself. Calling the emer # was the right thing to do, but it's typically an easy fix.

Subj:Re: garage
I noticed the broken garage door around 4:45 PM. I immediately called the
emergency number and she took my info and said someone would get out here ASAP.
It is now 7 PM and I have not received any information of the door being
fixed.

the garage door is broken. It will not open. I tried
to call the 24 hour emergency number and the girl was
so rude that i didnt even get to tell her what the
problem was.
She wanted all my info and I didnt want to give to her
so she put me on hold and never came back.
So hopefully someone else can get this fixed before
everyone, including me has to go to work in the
morning.
