Nick,
What lot are you in?
Each lot has two gates. If one is not functioning the other may.
If you are in the lot next to the building, both have key access points (the
north one is on both sides and the west one is on the outside) In the remote
lot, there is a key box on the south gate. Without a remote that is the
only way to open that gate.
