Yeah, I have an idea. Those of us who have more than balcony windows can feel good that the higher assessment we pay than those w/o (since our units are larger) are being put to good use. There is no way for us to safely wash the windows.

OK. Lets skip a few window washings for the entire building and apply the
cost to the replacement of the balconies. For the 01 and 15 units, lets
have a 'special' assessment to have ONLY the west side windows washed.
Does any one have another option / opinion?

There is no way that people on the west side (the 01s and 15s) can wash
their own windows. Well, not without endandering life and limb. And those
windows are filthy.
