An earlier e-mail indicated that the association lawyer has, in the past, entered the fray somehow (I don't remember the particulars) and this seemed to spur him into action. The lack of cooperation by Roddy that has been discussed in this forum over the past few weeks seems egregious. How long do we wait before we send notices to him? 10 complaints? 20?

Hopefully the lawyer has contacted him and will do so the FIRST time a complaint like these is recieved from now on. This is getting ridiculous. It's not affecting me (yet), but if it were I would be livid with the seeming lack of action by anyone on this matter. And it won't get any better for THE NEXT YEAR AND A HALF!!

Also-let me refresh people's memories. I was living here when the board decided to go with this deal. Many of the residents were against it because of the 10 year committment. This concern was going to be offset by the security system Roddy was giving us a deal on. I hope we got a fantastic deal on the security cameras to offset the screwing we've gotten on the TVs.

Jim/Board

The saga continues 1 month later a still I have not been able to speak to a live person. The 269 number mailbox is full (I tried this morning 6-4-08) I called the 630 number and that is out of service with out another number to call.

I will now try to call dish network and see what happens.

I have an idea if it has not been thought of, how about contacting better business bureau? Would that help our plight?

Maybe the Chicago Tribune Metro section "what's your problem" We could try and put a spotlight on Roddy. Who knows what would motivate him?
