We've received a report this morning (Sunday) that Big Skyz internet
is still down. Do those of you who subscribe to it have it running yet?
It was promised to be back up and running last Thursday/Friday.
We had another report that an owner got through to Roddy and scheduled
an HDTV upgrade (promised since April), but nobody showed.
Have others had their service needs met or made an appointment to get them
met?
This is all being reported to Echostar/Dish, so let us know. At the moment,
it
appears that little has changed despite their initial
intervention and communications to him. So, if you're having problems,
can't get through, or otherwise have something to report, let us know
ASAP.
