Subject: ac in the halls

I know this has nothing to do with the internet/dish
problems...but Dom brought up a good point.
the AC is not on in the halls and it is VERY hot in
the halls and staircases, especially on the 7th floor.
the other problem this causes is by the back elevator
with the garbage chute. it stinks back there. we had
this problem last summer too. the smell and the heat
are not a good combo.
