Unit 704 has repeatedly experienced the same problem with dirt that has
apparently fallen from the ceiling and coats everything. Can the ceilings
be sealed?

My internet is back up and running, so thanks to everyone who hassled Roddy
to get this done.
I do have a couple of items that I wanted to point out / add to Robin's
comments:
- I noticed a new door on the garbage chute on the 7th floor, but we are
still having terrible odor issues up here. Last Sunday, the smell was so
strong, I had to light candles in my unit to cover up the awful stench. Can
this please be investigated? I appreciate the investment of the new door,
but something else has to be done.
- Is anyone else on the 7th floor getting a large amount of roof debris into
their unit lately? I spent hours cleaning my place yesterday morning, left
to go out, and when I returned at 10pm, I had to vacuum/dust/clean all over
again. I am just curious if this is limited to a certain side of the 7th
floor, or if it's everyone. I know there are plans to replace our roof
later this year, but it is exhausting cleaning this much - not to mention
the stains I have on my bed sheets and couch. I have saved a sample of the
soot for Brian as he requested. Is it possible to arrange the roof repairs
for this summer? Can something else be done to prevent this debris?
