Alpine and Warren from First Properties are scheduled to make the
balcony punchlist corrections this Saturday, 6/28/08, starting at 8:30
AM. They will need access to your units in order to make the repairs
during this time. Warren will escort them into your unit. You should
be present while repairs are made to ensure they are performed to your
satisfaction. It should take 10-15 minutes for most issues. Please
coordinate with Warren regarding your availability that day. His cell is
(773) 653-7591 and he will work with you.=20

The units I have on the list are:=20

211, 315, 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 501, 503, 507, 508, 601, 602,
603, 608, 609, 612, 701, 702, 708, and 709. I need to confirm units
515, 705, and 713 before adding them to the list, but they have e-mailed
me with issues. =20

Note that some units were added based on what I observed during my
inspections. So if your unit is on the list above, even if you didn't
e-mail me with any issues or concerns, your unit will still be corrected
on Saturday. =20

Also, the punchlist will be closed at the end of the day today. No
balconies can be added after this date. =20
