The balcony project has been completed and we have come in under budget.
The final payment due is $201.25. This amount is due by July 30th.
Please make a check payable to Vanguard Lofts Condominium Association in
this amount and mail to First Properties, 760 N. Ogden, Chicago, Il
60622.
If you prepaid the anticipated amount of $750.00, you will have a credit
balance on your account in the amount of $48.75.
