If any of you are still subscribing to Big Skyz Internet service,
could you let me know in private email? As you all know by know, we
have cancelled the contract with Roddy. This includes Big Skyz. Although
some people are still receiving the service, there is no tech support
if there is a problem.
The current issue is that Roddy is trying to sell his customer base
in the building to another provider. He lists 14 current subscribers.
As of this morning, at least three have been trying to cancel for
several months but have been unable to reach him, so the list he
sent to the potential provider appears inflated.
It's also been reported that Roddy's number has been disconnected,
making cancellation difficult. If you've been trying to cancel but
haven't been able to reach him, it's best to call your credit card
company directly and have them cancel payment.
