For those wanting new service or upgrading current service, here is the
latest from Dish Network. Chris is doing a walk-through the building
with Dish techies today and will report back what they need to do
next week, but the current estimate was that Dish hopes to switch
to the new infrastructure the week of 10/20 -10/24:

Jim,
We are currently working on the infrastructure, replacing Roddy Glen's
equipment. Once the infrastructure has been completed, we will contact
individual customers ASAP. If we hook then up to the current system,
it will not help them.
