I have a different issue going at the same time too...
I have left Donna 3 messages in the past 2 days about getting someone to
come servie my ac unit.
She never responded with the name of someone that had access to our
roof, but thankfully someone else in the building did.
I called sunray and they can not come out until later next week.
I have had Engler heating and air conditioning come out in the past to
service my unit but I do not think that they have access to our roof any
more.
Is there any way that I can have them come and get them access to the
roof?
I hate to start over with a new company since they have basically
rebuilt my ac unit about 3 years ago.

i know it is getting colder out, but when you live on the 7th floor and
have a southern view it doesnt mattter how cold it is outside. last
night i went to bed and it was registering 84 on my thermostat so i dont
really want to wait until later next week.

also, can we address the issue with donna not returning phone calls. i
have left her 3 messages in 2 days. that is not fair.
