They're going to accommodate the mail guy. They're laying the tile by
the mailboxes first, and they will put boards down for him when he
arrives (He usually arrives around 2:00.) They don't want to leave the
boards down overnight, though. We will have mail delivered.

If we can't walk on the tile, that means the mail person cannot either
(since the mail does not usually arrive until 5:30 or 6:00. In which
case, there may be no mail to receive. First Properties should contact
our mail carrier and let them know they may not be able to get in today.

Residents,
The tile installer will be grouting his tile this afternoon. People
can't walk on the tile until the grout has set overnight. As a result,
we'll need to close down the front lobby and mailroom until tomorrow
morning. Please use the rear entrance to enter and exit the building
today and wait until tomorrow morning to pick up any mail. Thanks for
your cooperation.
