I hate to be a pest, but residents should not be using the front
elevator lobby tomorrow or Saturday because stone tile will be
installed. Yesterday, some residents ignored the signs posted for the
mailroom, and the contractor had to reset a couple tiles that were
stepped on. I was able to convince them to pick up the costs for that
additional work, but I don't think I'll be successful if it happens
again.
The mailroom is ready and can be utilized for mail retrieval.
