Reminder on noise

We've had a few complaints about noise of various kinds in the last few
weeks. The Association rules offer the following guidelines that I'll
pass along as reminders:

1) Owners are responsible for guests who may make excessive noise
in the lobby or hallways, so calm them down if they act up.

2) Remember that wood floors convey sound. Minimize tromping
or "heavy-foot" walking, especially wearing shoes with hard soles or
heels.

3) TVs, radios, stereos, and such, should be kept at a respectful
volume so the neighbors can't hear your musical tastes.

4) If you have parties on the balcony, do *NOT* throw
cigarettes, limes from the margueritas, or other things off the balcony.

Common sense and courtesy go a long way, but do remember how sounds
carry and how litter adds up.

Thanks,

Jim
