Thanks Jim.
Trust me I understand that most people don't like special assessments. But I also am concerned about the long term damage we are doing to the timber on the 7th floor when our roof is constantly leaking in several areas. Have we looked into the long term affects at all? Do we have any sort of estimates on what the cost would be for a new roof?
