First... make sure you review the Vanguard Lofts Rules & Regulations document and reference the section on Unit Leases on pages 27 & 28. Failure to comply can and will result in fines. Take the time to review the entire document and make sure you properly educate and inform the new tenants with all the documentation from the Vanguard Lofts Condo Association. If there are ever any problems with the tenant or unit, the owner is ultimately responsible.
Some basic preparation now will save you many headaches down the road. The communication of all the rules, regulations, and condo declarations is the responsibility of the unit owner, not the condo board or property management.
In regards to Dish Network, you'll need to contact DN directly and work out the details. Most likely they will have you cancel your service and return the equipment. If the new tenant wants DN service, they will have to call the 800 number and establish a new account.
