Hi Donald-
I emailed Donna at about 930 to let her know- she wanted to get someone over to my unit but after speaking with someone on the 4th floor who also didn't have hot water, I let her know it was building-wide and began at some point later in the morning as there was hot water around 8am. I never heard back from her, but I also just forwarded your email to her so we'll see what happens...
