Subject: rezmar's responsibilities?

Agreed that the entire back stairwell is a mess. However, Rezmar left it that
way!! Hopefully Ed has included it on the coomom area punch list. We should
NOT have to tend to what was the developer's responsibility. As to the
carpet-I recall a residents meeting attended by the (then) representative of
Rezmar. I remember him stating that the carpets were being steam cleaned at
the time of the meeting and that any stained areas which would not come clean
would be replaced by Razmar. Am I mistaken in that recollection? Also the
carpet near the elevator on the first floor has been frayed because it was
never put down correctly when it was replaced earlier. That is UGLY!! The
condition of the hallways makes me feel like I'm back in a college dorm.
The garage gate situation is getting really ridiculous. Some residents have
now gone over a year without the SECURE parking spot they paid for. And I
repeat an earlier question posed. Who is seeing the interest on the money
that is being held in escrow for the parking spots? Someone has $15,000 of my
money and I have 0 to show for it for the past 10 months - no earnings and no
parking spot.
