As far as cleaning is concerned, the Board and I have begun a maintenance
schedule which includes regular carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and a more
aggressive daily regimen for the janitor. This all costs money, money that
was not initially budgeted sufficiently (typical with a developer calculated
budget on a new conversion).

At the last Board meeting, the Board voted to begin some of the programs
presented. You may have noticed window tinting and cleaning last week. Aug
17 will be carpet cleaning. Sometime in August, the tile floors (including
the first floor, which was not done initially) will be buffed and polished
again.

Moving on to the garage issue. Believe me, I am sure REZMAR want to end the
ordeal as much as all of us. Apparently, there are still legal issues being
worked out with the county. (that land is now 107 pieces of individual real
estate as opposed to one). MY car has been broken into as well, so I am
extremely anxious to get the doors shut too.

As soon as it is possible, the parking spaces will close. Aside from
creating distaste amongst owners about their own homes, rants about the
parking issue will accomplish nothing. I am riding REZMAR to complete the
cleaning. If they are too busy, FIRST PROPERTIES will get it done IF REZMAR
AGREES TO PAY FOR IT. They have been agreeable to this with other issues,
so this may happen. (You'll notice the new grass going in within a week or
two, for example.)

Your Board members are volunteering their time to create an enjoyable
community in which to live. Please offer them your support and
thanks...THAT will help get things done. Perhaps you have time to help?
All of the work in the front lobby and the planting outside was all done by
owners on a volunteer basis. Please call me if there is anything you'd be
interested in doing, and I can put you in touch with the proper committee.
