Subject: Carpet Cleaning

I just wanted to remark on how well the hall carpeting cleaned up. I
never thought those stains would ever come out.
I only hope that all of the residents and guests of Vanguard Lofts will
will treat it well and not let it get in the terrible condition it was
before the cleaning.
On another matter--I noticed that someone put a notice on the bulletin
board about stolen newspapers. They beat me to it! Our Tribune has
been missing a lot and the problem seems to be getting worse. Our
papers on both Sunday and Monday were gone very early. It would be
very nice if the people in this building would be more respectful of
both private and common property.
