The rules committee met Saturday and elected the chair, Deloris Wade.
Although we agreed that the fewer rules the better, we did propose
a half dozen rules that we will submit to the Board Tuesday. Most of
these were related to the dog issue. The Board will review the
rules, revising as necessary, and mail them to the owners in ample time
for the all-owners' meeting in December.
Among the dog-related rules suggested was one limiting dogs to use of
the back elevator and back stairs only, and restricting them from the
front elevator and stairs.
