I called over there to confirm that I was on the list of people that were to
get service their first time around (I was told by someone over there that
if I signed up for internet access through them, I didn't have to fill out
any paper work for TV service - I found that this wasn't true). While
talking to them yesterday I was told what Michael has mentioned to us
yesterday, that they had all the receivers in for the 6th and 7th floors and
they were labeled with unit numbers and ready to go. I was told that they
expect to have these two floors up and running by next weekend assuming unit
owners are available.

I too have not been able to get a response from the gentleman who presented
the offer to us. As recently as yesterday my calls have not been returned.
His wife, who answered the phone, explained that the guy working at our
building was fired and someone else is now working on it, but no ETA could
be
given by her.
Also, I am on the 6th floor and have not been contacted re install. Any
idea
when will they be setting up next week's appointments?
