Subject: dish working?

I'm curious about some things:
Does anyone in the building have a working dish
connection?
Has anyone seen evidence of the presence of workers in
the past two weeks?
Has anyone gotten any explanation from the rep besides
"We've run into delays with ________ (Fill in the
current excuse)"? When I spoke w/ him last Tuesday I
was told that there was a problem receiving the signal
and a technician was coming from California "today or
tomorrow" (Feb 20 or 21) and as soon as he fixed the
problem we should be expecting connection.
Is anyone besides me worried about the service we will
be getting for the next 10 years from this outfit?
