Luisa and Mary -

I had the same thing happen to me the Christmas before last. When I
inquired with UPS, I was told that "sometimes that happens". Luckily, they
took responsibility and credited my credit card for the error (they didn't
want to contest my signature). Needless to say, I have packages sent to my
office now.

Mary
I had someone sign my name to a package also about 3 months ago. At first I
thought it was someone in the building too but I am starting to think maybe
it is our UPS driver who is being lazy and not wanting to deliver. What is
the chance of him mistakely going to the wrong door twice??? Sounds alittle
fishy to me. How can we find out?
