Hi Paul,
The 513 dish is mounted to the exterior wall of the building, which (*if* I
remember correctly) is not permitted. 513 will probably have to take it
down, like the one that was mounted on the west exterior wall.
I'm not sure if the USADish contract with the building prevents individual
dishes from being installed.
