Subject: Elevators and parking gate

At about 1:45 today, I got stuck in thr rear elevator. I managed to get
myself out but called the elevator company though the elevator phone and
told them what happened and the the elevator does not see to be functioning.
Now, at about 3pm, I just got back from running some errands, and the
parking gate to the to level garage opened a few inches and got jammed. It
still appears to be jammed partly open.
I hope that at least the parking gate problem can be resolved as I do not
feel confortable leaving my car out on the street due to the recent rash of
breakins.
