Subject: Lobby Carpeting

While in the lobby this weekend, I overheard a potential occupant referring
to the frayed carpeting in the lobby area.
They questioned whether the maintenance of the building should be of
concern. I take pride in the place I've decided to call my home. It was to
my dismay the fresh faces questioned my living conditions. I'm searching
for a solution for the carpet repair. My thoughts are to replace it. It
appears this is not an option. Any ideas?
