I must agree about the HUGE increase in associate fees. We were told in a
letter that our associate fees would increase by 18%, however when I
received my new payment booklet, I found that my associated fee just jumped
27.44% ... it went up $48.58 to be exact! That's outrageous!
When overlooking the budget, why did we double the property taxes and
insurance section from the previous budget? Did it really go up that much
or our we just giving ourselves some room to grow?
