Fellow Vanguard Residents,

Allow me to be the 1st to complain about the broken elevators. It's apparently
too much to expect that we have at least 1 elevator in good working order at
all times. In the meantime, perhaps First Properties can hire a chirpa for us,
so that we have help bringing groceries and other necessities up to our units?
Maybe mules or donkeys could be used to transport residents & their guests in
style & comfort up the stairs to their residences? Such creative solutions to
our problems might even increase property values: sure, all the other loft
buildings in the area have working elevators, but how many have himalayan
valets? And who needs an exercise facility in their building--with its
attendant high assessments--when they are fortunate enough to live 6 or7
flights up at Vanguard?

Thanks for letting me vent; I look forward to seeing you all in the stairwell!

Doug Kanter
