Neighbors,

Good Morning, Does anyone see the building deteriorating the way I do? For
example, the gate frame falling off, the rear elevator hand rail falling
off, cracked dry wall everywhere, overall filthiness of the entire
building. Most of these things should be fixed or cleaned right away. It
doesn't take much time or effort. Sometimes, I find it embarrassing to call
it my home. What are we going to do?
