I agree w/ Jim. There have been two times service has been out for extended
periods in the close to two years I've had the service. They did, indedd,
credit my bill for the time it was out. I never got any notice from them
about it though. I had to call both times. They were honest however in their
estimate of when it would be back up.

I have had no need for their tech support thus far so can't comment on that.
