Ah. Maybe if somebody has a full list of PINs/spaces they could post it??
(our space is #2, and our PIN is 1102, so....)
I just called Cook County, and they said we can match the parking space
PIN to the unit # by calling: 312-03-2961 (just to double check that
we're paying for the right space)
I just did a more systematic check of parking spaces up for the tax
sale (assuming that 1101+ are all vanguard). It's easier to post the
ones that are NOT up:
from 1101 to 1045, the following ARE NOT up
11 15 16 18 19 21 23 26 27 34 37 38
that's 12 of 45 paid; about 3/4s of those spaces are up for sale
>From 1046 through 1070, the following are NOT:
47 48 50 51 53 56 58 59 61 64 65 67
that's about half and half (12 of 25 NOT delinquent)
>From 1071 through 1096, the following are NOT:
72 73 76 78 79 80 82 83 88 89
10 of 26 paid, or about 60 pct in arrears
Presumably, the association pays for the guest slots, so they're probably
not on the roles, but maybe somebody should check.
Even account for errors, that's the majority of us who seem to be
in arrears. So, whatever the source of the problem, maybe somebody
could clue in the folks of the problem and the urgency to change their
address and pay the tax.
