To provide my view on this...I think we need to remember what 1P is hired
to do. They are to manage the common areas and the daily tasks of the
association such as collecting assessments and paying association bills.

I don't believe that it is 1P's task to manage my unit and parking tax
bills for me.

I do think it is within the Board's purview to ask 1P to send out a mailing
to all owners about the issue, and for the Board to authorize payment to 1P
for the time and postage costs of such a mailing.
