Dear Vanguard residents my name is Patrick Thelen. The reason I am
writing to you is that I have a huge problem with First Properties. Every
dealing I have with first properties is a pain in the ass. Here are just a
few problems we all should have with First Properties.
(1) Today I went in to first properties with some questions about why they
would mail out my tax bill to the wrong address and risk my property going up
for sale in a tax auction. I was told by mike (renkowski) that he did me a
favor by sending it to me and that maybe they should have just thrown it in
the garbage. Now I maybe wrong but this company is paid by our assessments
and that is what pays his salary. This is not the first time I or other
residents have had a problem with mike. I was also lied to by mike about
access to the roof and the price of a lock. (That has been discussed
before).
(2) They are given a budget and go over it every year. Whether it is
raising are assessment fees or adding in special assessments. When I
purchased this unit I was told my assessment fees were going to be 89 dollars
now they are now over 189.00 not including the special assessment fees.
Between the lies and deceit coming from this company and the basic fact
that this company cannot stay with in budget and we will with out a doubt
have our assessment fees raised again and again until we get rid of this
company we will be paying hire rates for poor service and lies and deceit.
Plain and simple we need a change and now.
All that first properties is the clean up crew for rezmar. We all know how
good rezmar was so if this company has anything to do with rezmar we want
nothing to do with them.
