Any luck contacting Prestige?
If not, here are a few more things we could try:
1) The police academy appears to be renting space in the
rear lots; they might have a contact number for the owner
or manager of the lots.
2) They cadets who park in the lots place a pass in their
window with an e-mail address to contact
Mr.JackPressman@Hexistor.com with any problems. Perhaps we
could contact that address.
