How can the elevator make no extra noise some weeks
and progressively louder noise the rest and both be
normal?
My experience is the ride is rougher as the noise
gets louder. I think others can comment if they agree
or disagree with that statement.
Are the mechanics the same for the East elevator?
Because it does not make the "thumming" noise. If it
is, we need to find out what is abnormal about the
West elevator. If it is not, what mechanics for the
east elevator make it superior? If it was not too
expensive for the east elevator it might not be too
expensive for the west elevator.
Thank you,
Doug
