Management and the Board have been trying to get meetings together to accomodate as many owners as possible, whether official board meetings or simply informational get-togethers. A spokesperson for some owners approached a Board member and asked if a Saturday meeting could be arranged. The Board and management company have been trying to "sync" our schedules, but have been, for the most part, unable to. We have come up with the following:
Both property managers and most Board members had previous commitments for the 13th and 20th when approached earlier this week about a Saturday meeting and the earliest Saturday most were available was the 27th. We realized that this delay would not be acceptable. At least one Board member is available on the 20th Therefore, there is no board meeting this weekend. (This does not necessarily mean that owners haven't arranged something.) There is an informational meeting with member(s) of the Board scheduled for March 20 and a regular Board meeting on March 25th. The meeting on the 20th is designed so that owners who cannot make meetings during the week can ask questions of Board member(s) who are available. Any questions that cannot be answered by the Board member(s) on the 20th will be taken to the regular meeting on the 25th for answers. The answers will then be distributed to the people who were at the March 20 meeting.
I hope this helps.
